  • Twelve small tomatoes.
  • A medium-sized seed of yellow, green, and sweet red peppers, each cut into cubes.
  • Soaking mixture

  •  A teaspoon of hot chili.
  •  Teaspoon ground cumin.
  • A teaspoon of soft coriander.
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
  •  A teaspoon of table salt. 1 tablespoon of paprika spices.

 A glass of curd.

  •  Two tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  •  Two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and the same amount of regular vinegar.
  •  Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  •  Four large pieces of chicken fillet.
  •  Minced lettuce or parsley for serving.

How to prepare

  •  Cut each chicken piece into cubes of small or medium size.
  • Bring a thick plastic bag and put in it oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, cured, sweet pepper or paprika, salt, black pepper, turmeric, soft coriander, cumin spice, chili, and do not forget about ginger.
  •  Add chicken cubes, then close the bag tightly, and stir well so you notice that it has completely covered chicken cubes with a mixture of spices.
  •  Put the bag inside a bowl, then put it in the fridge and put it in it overnight, moving the bag from time to time to turn over the contents.
  • This is a large frying pan, and put a medium temperature underneath it, to heat it up, and you can use the grill instead.
  • Hold a stick of wood sticks you have already prepared, and start placing the chicken pieces in it alternatively with colored peppers and tomatoes, and prepare the wood sticks you need.
  • Place the wooden sticks directly on the hot skillet or grill and stir them on all sides until the chicken cubes are tender and the vegetables fried.
  • Bring serving dish and put chopped lettuce or parsley, as desired, then distribute shish Tawook on it and feet directly on the dining table.
